Overview

This Service Description defines the GrowthFactor Enterprise subscription. It forms part of the GrowthFactor Terms of Service and is incorporated into that agreement by reference. Where an Order is placed for GrowthFactor Enterprise, the Services are those described on this page as of the date the Order is accepted. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

GrowthFactor Enterprise was previously named GrowthFactor Platform. Orders referencing GrowthFactor Platform refer to the same subscription. Orders accepted before August 13, 2026 remain governed by the Service Description in effect on the date the Order was accepted.

GrowthFactor Terms of Service

What's Included

GrowthFactor Enterprise is an organization-wide license to the GrowthFactor platform, provided with unlimited usage for the seats set out on the Order. The subscription includes:

• AI site scoring across the GrowthFactor lens framework
• Foot traffic and trade-area analysis
• Demographic and competition analysis
• Market visualization, including maps, trade zones, and drive times
• The GrowthFactor Agent, for researching, scoring, and explaining sites
• AI integration via MCP, allowing use of GrowthFactor data in compatible AI tools
• Onboarding and dedicated customer success support

Seats and Users

A seat is a license for one named individual user with a single login. The number of seats included in GrowthFactor Enterprise is set out on the Order. Customer may provision seats for its employees or contractors acting on Customer's behalf. Seats are not shared and may not be used by more than one person, and each user must have a separate login. Access is limited to individuals within Customer's own organization: affiliates, portfolio companies, and client organizations are separate customers and require their own subscriptions unless the Order expressly states otherwise.

Usage

GrowthFactor Enterprise includes unlimited usage. Platform and Agent usage is not metered, and no usage-based charges apply to the subscription.

Coverage and Permitted Use

GrowthFactor Enterprise supports United States locations only.

The license is granted for Customer's internal business use. Customer may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide platform access to third parties outside its organization, and individual logins may not be shared among multiple people. Permitted use is further described in the Terms of Service.

Billing

• Billing: Annual contracts, billed monthly to the payment method on file at the start of each billing period, unless a different billing arrangement is set out on the Order.
• Term: One year, automatically renewing for successive one-year periods, unless a different term is set out on the Order.
• Cancellation: Customer may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current annual period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable and not prorated.

Subscriptions are governed by the GrowthFactor Terms of Service.

What's Not Included

GrowthFactor Enterprise does not include a brand-specific custom scoring model or data science engagements. Those capabilities are available through the GrowthFactor Labs offerings, which are sold separately.
