Individual store addresses come from court-filing exhibits, WARN notices, and published closure lists, then geocoded; large rolling programs list only locations their sources actually name, so board coverage varies by announcement. Ongoing situations are re-listed only when the status changes, marked as updates. Quiet weeks with nothing that qualifies aren't listed, so the latest week shown is the most recent with announcements.
