Overview
This Service Description defines the GrowthFactor Pro subscription. It forms part of the GrowthFactor Terms of Service and is incorporated into that agreement by reference. Where an Order is placed for GrowthFactor Pro, the Services are those described on this page as of the date the Order is accepted. Orders accepted before August 26, 2026 remain governed by the Service Description in effect on the date the Order was accepted. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
GrowthFactor Terms of Service

What's Included
GrowthFactor Pro is a single-seat license to the GrowthFactor platform, provided to one named individual within Customer's organization. The subscription includes:
- Foot traffic and trade-area analysis
- Demographic and competition analysis
- Market visualization, including maps, trade zones, and drive times
- The GrowthFactor Agent, for researching and explaining sites

What a Seat Is
A seat is a license for one named individual user with a single login. GrowthFactor Pro includes a single seat. The seat is not shared and may not be used by more than one person. Additional seats are not available on GrowthFactor Pro; organizations that need access for more than one user should contact GrowthFactor about GrowthFactor Enterprise.

Usage and Limits
Each seat includes monthly access to the GrowthFactor Agent. During the introductory period, Agent usage is not metered and no usage-based charges apply. GrowthFactor will define the applicable usage allowance, the unit by which usage is measured, and any associated rates on this page before any metered charges take effect, with advance notice as provided in the Terms of Service.

Coverage and Permitted Use
GrowthFactor Pro supports United States locations only.
The license is granted for Customer's internal business use. Customer may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide platform access to third parties, and may not share seats among multiple individuals. Permitted use is further described in the Terms of Service.

Billing
- Billing: Monthly, in advance, charged to the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
- Term: Month-to-month, automatically renewing for successive one-month periods.
- Cancellation: Customer may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current monthly period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable and not prorated.
Subscriptions are governed by the GrowthFactor Terms of Service.

What's Not Included
GrowthFactor Pro does not include AI site scoring. Site scoring is provided with GrowthFactor Enterprise and GrowthFactor Labs.
GrowthFactor Pro does not include AI integration via MCP. MCP access is provided with GrowthFactor Enterprise and GrowthFactor Labs.
GrowthFactor Pro does not include a brand-specific custom scoring model or data science engagements. Those capabilities are available through the GrowthFactor Enterprise and GrowthFactor Labs offerings, which are sold separately.
GrowthFactor Pro does not include onboarding or customer success support. Onboarding and dedicated customer success are provided with GrowthFactor Enterprise.
